BIXOLON's SRP-380 series consists of 3-inch smart direct thermal mPOS printers. Their high reliability and long life make them particularly suitable for demanding point-of-sale environments in retail and hospitality. In addition to their compact, easy-to-maintain design, these printers offer high print speeds of 350 mm/s at 180 dpi (SRP-380) or 350 mm/s at 203 dpi (SRP-382). They are also designed to print up to 70 million lines (MCBF) and their integrated automatic cutter can handle approximately 3 million cuts.

Additionally, the SRP-380 series printers use firmware with an automatic paper save mode to print receipts up to 25% smaller and software to automatically adapt the size of the receipt, reducing the amount of paper used from 58 to 80 mm. Fast connectivity is provided by USB 2.0 and optionally LAN (Ethernet), serial port and dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). Bluetooth 5.0 interfaces (MFi certified) or PoweredUSB.
