The devices of the CL-S621/631 family enable absolutely professional production of labels and tickets using direct thermal or thermal transfer printing. This flexible solution combined with the high performance of the printers ensures smooth integration into almost any application. These desktop printers can handle small to medium sized labels with a maximum width of 118mm. The CL-S621 prints logos, images and barcodes with remarkable clarity, particularly effective with 8 dots/mm (203 dpi), the CL-S631 with 12 dots/mm (300 dpi). A speed of up to 150 mm per second guarantees rapid production and impresses with short waiting times. The entire mechanics of the print head are based on a robust metal structure which opens sufficiently to make changing rollers and ink ribbons as easy as possible. With thermal transfer ribbons up to 360 m long, print approximately 6,800 labels without changing the ink ribbon, keeping interruptions to a minimum. The adjustable media sensor has been optimized in the new version and guarantees absolute precision as well as one hundred percent correct placement, which is essential for frequently changed media.
