With Zebra ZE500 Series OEM Print Modules, print labels directly on packages, boxes and pallets across the production line – from food to pharmaceutical industries. They are designed for continuous, tireless operation in heavy-duty application and printing applications. With optional enhanced RFID functions, you expand the possibilities for tracking shipments, pallets and goods (ZE500-R). The print modules are extremely user-friendly, not to mention easy to use, maintain and clean: change all three rollers in no time, without having to access the electronics. Thanks to the wide opening you also have easy access to the print head; its replacement and cleaning are quickly completed. Faster repairs and minimal downtime are ensured by the modular, quick-change drive system. A standard 512 MB SDRAM and 512 MB Flash memory enable fast processing and very high print speeds of 457 mm/sec. at a resolution of 203 up to a maximum of 600 dpi at 152 mm/sec. (ZE511 only). For comfortable integration into existing environments, simply rotate or even remove the graphic screen.
