The BIXOLON XD5-40 series consists of the XD5-40d (direct thermal), XD5-40tR and XD5-40t (thermal transfer) label printers. With their reliable and robust performance, these three models are ideally suited to varied applications in retail, manufacturing, transportation and logistics. The XD5-40d can also be used in laboratories and pharmacies, while the XD5-40tR supports UHF RFID printing and encoding. Their maximum print speed is around 152 mm/s for the XD5-40tR and XD5-40t, and 178 mm/s for the XD5-40d. Print resolution is 203 dpi or 300 dpi (high resolution), depending on the model.
