Like all Mobility Edge devices, the Honeywell CT40 Android mobile computer was developed based on direct user feedback: it is small, fast, lightweight and one of the most powerful work tools for SMBs. And of course, this will last at least until 2028, because all its features will run entirely under Android R. Thanks to the uniform hardware and software architecture that distinguishes all devices of this platform, the process of getting used to the mobile computer is as simple as it is effective: with an Android operating system, the CT40 offers users a familiar interface in smartphone format. The CT40 demonstrates its caliber above all through its performance and robustness. It is equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. With its sturdy body, this lightweight easily withstands drops of up to 1.2m (1.8m with the optional protective cover). An octa-core processor, fast Wi-Fi, and optional 4G LTE allow employees, anywhere, to quickly access important information. Thanks to the separately available display station, the CT40 transforms into a full-fledged computer. Additionally, the N6703 scan engine and a 3.5mm audio jack are available. To help users save valuable time, the CT40 is also available in an XP version, featuring a FlexRange scanner. It ensures a smooth transition between near and far distance scanning, at blazing speed. The FlexRange dual-lens imager is capable of scanning ranges between 0.1m and 10.7m. This way, users easily capture barcodes from across the room without having to take the time to physically get close enough.
