Citizen has designed the CT-E301 3" direct thermal receipt printer to be very user-friendly. This not only includes easy operation and strong printing performance, but also an easy-to-clean housing. It is resistant to the chemicals of disinfectants and even protects itself from germs due to its special texture. Its surface is so smooth and non-porous that most germs slip off – so the printer meets ISO 22196 standards and is allowed to carry the SIAA mark. For more flexibility, the CT-E301 is available in two interface configurations: USB or triple interface with USB, serial and Ethernet. This allows the printer to adapt to its workplace and connect to any POS system. Its small footprint is also a major advantage. With dimensions of just 108 x 125 x 165 mm (W x D x H), it takes up minimal space and fits comfortably next to a cash drawer or simply together with a scanner on the counter. No matter where it ends up being placed, its print speed is always up to 250 mm/sec at 203 dpi.
